2009 was the year of the "Texas Teens" at the NPC Teen Nationals with Uriah McGee winning the teen middleweight and teen overall. Chris Hunte won the lightweight teen class and the lightweight collegiate at the same event, and Jonathan Irizarry took first in the teen light heavyweight class. All three hail from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.

This DVD features these three guys hitting the gym in preparation for 2010 competitions. Jonathan's friend Mike Dagro joins the group for a workout session at Metroflex Gym in Plano, Texas.
