New & future DVDs

Starting in February, 2011, we began releasing a minimum of six new DVDs every month during 2011. Two of our May 2011 releases are listed below. We plan to release an average of six or more DVDs each month.

SUNDAY MUSCLE

We've been shooting videos on Sundays after shows for more than a decade. So why not name those video productions Sunday Muscle? That's what we did here, with volumes 1 and 2 recorded the day after the 2011 Ronnie Coleman Classic. And our athletes represented the cream of the crop from the Ronnie, carrying home four first in class trophies as well as two overall titles.

Volume 1 includes Cody Montgomery posing outdoors at Metroflex Gym Plano, Alejandro Cambronero training and posing at Metroflex Gym Mid Cities, and Ransford Jackson, Vance Turner and Kevin Ofurum hitting the weights at Metroflex Gym Plano.

Volume 2 showcases open class overal winner Cody Mathews and novice overall winner Joe Mackey posing at an Arlington, TX park. Joe also hits the weights and poses for pics at Metroflex Gym Mid Cities. Steven Cherry and Visoth Am pose for photos outdoors and go inside Meroflex Gym Plano for workout footage as well. And Josh Glover poses for photos outdoors in Plano.
