Steve Kuclo: Trail to the Teen Nationals 

We first crossed paths with Steve Kuclo in the lobby of the 2004 NPC Jr. Nationals where he and his training partner were attending the show -- to watch, not compete. Even in street clothes it was obvious that Steve possessed a championship physique. And, like the judges at his first two shows this year -- we were stunned to learn he was only 18. We made arrangements to travel to Detroit in mid-July to capture Steve on tape slightly less than two weeks before his national debut at the 2004 NPC Teen Nationals in Pittsburgh. This production, which runs approximately 79 minutes, includes interviews with Steve, his trainer, and the owner of the gym where he trains. You'll hear Steve talk about his athletic background in football, hockey and baseball and how he decided to pursue bodybuilding. The video includes still shots of Steve as well as complete footage of two intense workouts at the gym. And we also caught up with Steve and recorded his comments just before, during and after the competition in Pittsburgh, where he won the teen heavyweight class.
