We could have entitled this DVD, "Guns: Vegas Edition - Part Two," because most of its content was shot at Gold's in the Nevada resort city. But we added footage from Austin, Texas, and Atlanta, Georgia, to form "Guns 2004: Volume 5."

Featured competitors include national level NPC competitor and model Rob Kreider, training arms and other bodyparts the day after the 2004 NPC USA Championships; Texas NPC competitor Wondell Leflore, training arms at Gold's Gym in Vegas in preparation for the 2004 NPC Masters Nationals; Georgia's national level competitor Jonathan Rowe, hitting the gym following his 2004 NPC USA performance; IFBB Pros David Henry and JoJo N'Tiforo, getting ready for the professional competition circuit; and Texas NPC competitor Ed Brown, going through an extensive workout the day after the 2004 NPC Central Texas Cup.

Kreider shows what makes him a sought-after bodybuilder model during his workout routine. Leflore and Rowe put their awesome muscle mass on display during their workouts. Henry, whose off-season shape equals or exceeds many bodybuilders' on-stage conditioning, shares the spotlight with N'Tiforo, whose symmetry will pave his way in the pro ranks.
