Two of the toughest amateur bodybuilding competitions of 2006 took place in Miami -- The NPC Nationals and the Musclemania Superbody/Universe. We were there on both occasions to shoot and videotape some of the best bodybuilders around. "Guns Miami Prime" showcases three thick, ripped competitors -- Muscle & Fitness cover model T.J. Humphreys, veteran Chicago bodybuilder Anthony Watkins, and Musclemania newcomer Gavin Chen. We begin with Gavin Chen training at a Miami Beach Gym. You'll see Gavin working his solid arms, washboard abs and amazingly striated pecs. Then there's more of Gavin in another workout, this time at a rooftop gym in nearby Ft. Lauderdale. Next we switch gears and shoot T.J. Humphreys posing for photos at a Ft. Lauderdale warehouse. You'll see from this shoot why Muscle & Fitness put this national-level NPC competitor on its cover -- thick, dense muscle everywhere, deep, cut abs, and a great overall look from head to toe. Then we follow T.J. to his spray-on tanning session where you'll see his rock-hard definition ehnanced by the added color. Then we feature Anthony Watkins, one of the top amateur bodybuilders in the NPC. We shot extensive gym footage of Anthony the day after the NPC Nationals, focusing on his huge trademark peaked biceps. Then we follow Anthony to the beach to document an amazing outdoor photo shoot.
