As mentioned in the introduction to "Guns Miami Prime," both the 2006 NPC Nationals and the 2006 Musclemania drew hundreds of great physiques to south Florida -- already known as a hotbed for bodybuilding talent. This new DVD, "Guns Florida Shoots," captures more bodybuilding footage showcasing seven competitors from the two events. We begin with Musclemania Pros Tommy Alston and Mo Mendez (a recent Muscle & Fitness cover model) hitting the weights in some good-natured interaction at the "Zoo" gym in Ft. Lauderdale. You'll also see Mo and Tommy training and posing their championship physiques on the rooftop of this landmark gym. Next up is NPC Nationals competitor Jerry Serna posing for the cameras and camcorders on Miami Beach as Jerry's super-peaked biceps steal the show. One of the NPC's youngest national-level competitors in Michael Grossi, whose 20-inch guns are the focus of his gym training segment in this production. Following Michael at the same gym is NPC competitor Bryan Padzdierz, who likewise works his massive arms. It's back to the rooftop "Zoo" gym for more footage, this time with impressive Musclemania competitors Jimbo Collins and Jerrick Ternida hitting the weights and perfecting the poses. Jerrick has since turned pro in Musclemania while Jimbo hs been featured in workout photos in Muscle & Fitness magazine. This hot new DVD is available in NTSC DVD-R format and runs approximately 1:34 in length.
