Volume 31 includes some familiar faces from the bodybuilding
world as well as some lesser-known physiques that deserve
more attention and exposure. It's
back indoors for something totally different. We shoot
Oklahoma bodybuilder Jack Colten as he get sprayed by
legendary tanning specialist Mary Hobbs. Watch as Jack's
muscle details become more obvious with each pass of the
spray gun. And he obliges with some poses to show off his

One well-known bodybuilder you'll see is Al Auguste, owner
of one of the best amateur physiques in bodybuilding. He is
truly knocking on the pro bodybuilding door with
second-place class finishes recently at both the
NPC USA and the NPC Nationals. Maybe 2009 will be his
year to turn pro, but he already looks the part in the
footage we shot of Al in Las Vegas the day after his USA
competition. You'll see Al at his best in the gym, training
and posing one massive, ripped body part after aonther.
Stunning muscle, plain and simple.
While in Vegas we turned our camcorder lenses on two other
USA competitors: Keith Williams and Robert Evans. Both of
these muscle monsters hit the weights at the Flamingo Road
Gold's Gym to show off their years of diet and training.
For a change of pace we moved outdoors to shoot Vegas local
Pete Castella as his best. He hits pose after pose in a
lush, green courtyard with muscle-popping
results.
Our remaining competitor is bodybuilder-model Gustavo Ruiz
of Houston. Friend and trainer Jason Powell (a natural pro
bodybuilder in multiple organizations) takes Gus through a
series of touch workouts in a Houston gym. Gus later
competed in the modeling event at the Musclemania Universe
in Miami.
