DVD details The annual NPC Heart of Texas is one of the four NPC shows held annually in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area of Texas and boasts a long history of quality competitotrs. And, in 2005, despite the landfall of Hurricane Rita on the Texas coast the day of the show, "The show must go on!" attitude prevailed. During the event we shot with two camcorders to provide you with some cool stage footage of some of the top competitors. And the day after the show -- when the skies had cleared and the wind had subsided -- we asked three of the best competitors from the show to hit the gym at Plano's appropriately named Sky Fitness Center. You'll see workout footage of Eric Capo, a thickly-muscled competitor with massive chest and arms; Jaime Davila, a genetically gifted bodybuilder with the look of a physique model , and Roland Davis, a crowd favorite with a solid, pleasing physique.
