Guns Summer Muscle 2009 features seven bodybuilders training almost every muscle group. But in this production the biceps (and their underappreciated neighbor, the triceps) steal the show.

Right off the bat that becomes obvious as Daryl Gee, one day after winning his IFBB pro card at the 2009 NPC USA Championships, visits Gold's Gym in Vegas to train -- and his superb biceps development takes center stage. His thick, striated pecs and carved up back likewise helped Daryl earn an invite to the 202 Olympia just six days after the shoot. You'll see 24 minutes of Gee in the gym on Flamingo Road.

Then another veteran bodybuilder known for his peaked biceps -- Craig Torres -- enters Gold's in Vegas and pumps those guns for 11 minutes. We hang at Gold's and catch buddies Jonathan Irizarry and Chris Darby blast their bis and tris to new heights. One week earlier Jonathan won his weight class at the NPC Teen Nationals; Darby previously came one placing away from a pro card at the NPC Nationals as a bantamweight competitor. It's 30 minutes of pumping and posing with these two exceptional bodybuilders.

Next on the agenda is another national-level NPC competitor -- Troy Tate -- known for his sliced and diced quads, spooky symmetry and, of course, peaked biceps. Troy hits the weights for 22 minutes of muscle pumping footage.

Rounding out the production is 10 minutes of upper body training by Oklahoma bodybuilder Ben Roden and Louisiana resident Wes Leonard, with biceps again catching the eyes and the prize.
