Johnnie Jackson is a champion bodybuilder. A champion powerlifter. And an accomplished personal trainer.

This in-depth look at Johnnie's many talents begins with him working with a client in the early spring of 2006. The then focus shifts to his intense training regimen as he prepares for the 2006 Arnold Classic in a series of intense workouts and posing practices. We follow him to his hotel room in Columbus, Ohio, where he finalizes his contest prep and visits with legendary bodybuilding guru Charles Glass.

Back in Texas after the Arnold Johnnie goes "off-season" on bodybuilding and turns to powerlifting, a sport where he likewise excels. You'll see Johnnie doing bench presses, squats and dead lifts with massive amounts of weight to build the thick, dense muscle he takes to the bodybuilding stage.

Then the focus shifts back to bodybuilding as he prepares for the summer competitions. We wrap up the video with an arm workout and posing session shot just a few days after his September 3, 2006 first-place finish in the 2006 IFBB Montreal Pro competition -- as he prepares for the Garden State Pro and eventually the 2006 Olympia stage.

The 2006 Europa Supershow in Arlington, Texas, was such a success that it outgrew its venue and will move to downtown Dallas next year. We're always involved in the show, and 2006 was no exception.

Our new DVD, "Pros Volume 1," highlights three aspects of the Europa weekend - pumping, posing and painting.

Jan Tana Inc. allowed us to videotape three pros getting spray painted prior to the show. You'll see the physiques of Johnnie Jackson, Quincy Taylor and Tricky Jackson go from impressive to astonishing as the tanning solution brings out the fine detail of their chiseled physiques. Johnnie and Tricky hit some poses after the painting process to display the results.

We also videotaped hometown favorite Branch Warren as he pumped and prepared backstage for his guest posing routine at the NPC Europa competition.

And we journeyed to the legendary Metroflex Gym the day after the show to shoot Tricky and fellow IFBB pro Roland Huff training, posing and having fun in an interactive workout.

Chris Jalali first stepped on stage at the 2000 NPC Ronnie Coleman Classic with a physique that showed his potential in the sport. One short year later a dramatically improved Chris returned to the RCC, winning not only the teen class but the novice overall as well.

We were there to see and shoot Chris, still a teen, take home the novice overall trophy. And we've been following and documenting his progress in the sport ever since.

You’ll see plenty of gym footage of Chris training alone, with Matt Brown and Sagi Kalev between 2001 and 2004. There's even a cameo appearance by Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman at the Metroflex Gym, as he and gym owner Brian Dobson congratulate Chris on his third-place finish in the middleweight class at the 2004 NPC Jr. Nationals. Our first backstage "pump room" video of the season showcases some of the best physiques at the 2004 NPC Ronnie Coleman Classic, held April 24 in Grapevine, Texas.

Competition was especailly tough in the novice classes, with the middleweight and heavyweight classes featuring several exceptional competitors.
