Guns Volume 18 features three of the top young amateur bodybuilders in Texas: Chris Jalali, Steven Frazier and Armon Adibi.

It's back to Vegas for the 2006 USA Championships and back to Gold's Gym for some heavy duty biceps training and more.

Arizona bodybuilder Frank Nezdoba became a photographers' favorite during the NPC USA competition because of his rock hard conditioning and his classic baseball biceps peaks. Likewise for national-level NPC competitor David Hughes, whose own biceps are better described as "grapefruit sized." National-level NPC competitor Troy Tate's workouts at Gold's showcase his awesome arms, tree-trunk legs, chest and more. The annual NPC John Sherman Classic in Houston, Texas, has become one of the largest and most competitive bodybuilding events in the Lone Star State. And the 2005 event was true to form, as we showcase in "Guns Volume 13."

We took our camcorders backstage to capture some of the awesome physiques as they pumped and posed. We shot footage of SHW winner Matt Brown as he prepared in his hotel room. We spent the entire day Sunday at the gym to shoot some awesome footage with these six competitors we chose for this production. We shot "Guns Volume 7" the day after the 2005 NPC USA Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada.

One of the non-competitors in town for the event was the always ripped FBB Pro David Henry, who was in great for the gym footage we shot. Roland Huff, who has chalked up several local and national-level titles in both the bantamweight and lightweight classes was likewise rippped to the bone for this video, which showcases his peaked biceps and other rock-hard muscle groups. Speaking of peaked biceps - some of the best in the world belong to Craig Torres, a popular and well-known national level NPC competitor whoi trained and posed his biceps and chest and engaged in an impromptu arm wrestling match with Dror Okavi, a former Mr. Israel. Among those in town to cheer on friends and colleagues were Ernesto Osorio, a veteran Texas bodybuilding champion whose appearances at national-level shows draw plenty of attention from bodybuilding photographers, and Colin Howard, a relative newcomer who had won the novice men's overall title the week before at the prestigious NPC Texas Championships. We also captured both Ernesto and Colin hitting the weights at the Flamingo Road Gold's Gym.
