I started
bodybuilding in Egypt at the age of 14, at a gym
that was open only every other day. The gym was
small, and crowded. It was only 30 cents a day to
lift! I lifted every day the gym was open. I
started growing little by little after a month of
training people started to complement on the size I
gained and how defined I was getting. The reason I
started was that, I was always fascinated by the
way comic book heroes looked. Often, I'd draw
pictures of Venom from the Spiderman comic, and
wished I can someday look like that. Now instead of
drawing, I apply new methods of training,
supplementation, and diet to grow, bigger, leaner,
and stronger! I look at my physique like it's a
drawing being perfected one line at a
time!
Here's my
workout routine:
Day 1:
Hams/Glutes a.m., Quads p.m.
Day 2: Chest/Tri's + Calves
Day 3: Back/Bi's + Abs
Day 4: Delts/Traps + Calves
Rest
Repeat
